1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a j8999 platform user.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the j8999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a j8999 employee or contractor in a role that would give you access to non-public platform information.
• You must not have a previously closed j8999 account that was terminated for violation of these terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from the j8999 platform or under an active cooling-off restriction.

Age Verification Process: At registration, players must confirm via checkbox that they are aged 18 or above. Prior to processing any first withdrawal, j8999 requires submission of a valid Bangladeshi National ID card (NID) or passport for KYC verification. The submitted document must clearly show the player's full name, date of birth, and a photograph. Documents are reviewed within one business day (BST). Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance associated with that account will be forfeited in full.

j8999 reserves the right to request additional identity documents — including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or source-of-funds documentation — at any stage of the account lifecycle, not solely at the first withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold exactly one active j8999 account. Registering, maintaining, or knowingly benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When completing registration, you agree that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and email address — is accurate, current, and not misleading in any respect. Providing false registration information, including the use of another person's identity or a fictitious identity, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. j8999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact j8999 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

Account Currency: j8999 accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagering activity, bonus awards, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is available or necessary.

Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered email address and mobile number current. j8999 uses these to send account security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, KYC requests, and promotional communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay verification or support resolution.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

j8999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change; current availability is always shown on the cashier page.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are shown at the cashier. There is no maximum deposit limit set by j8999, though your payment provider may impose limits independently.

Withdrawal Processing: j8999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day (BST). These timelines apply to withdrawals where KYC verification has already been completed. First-time withdrawals are subject to KYC review, which may extend processing time.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the j8999 account.
• j8999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount automatically.
• j8999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, regardless of whether prior KYC has been completed.
• Withdrawals may be declined where j8999 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

Deposits from Third Parties: Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or receiving deposits from another individual for use on j8999, is strictly prohibited. All funds deposited to a j8999 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

j8999 offers a range of promotions including a new-player welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, festival promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Durga Puja), and a VIP cashback programme. The full terms of each specific promotion are communicated at the time of the offer. The general rules below apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated for each individual offer.
• Bonus funds are used in play before real-money funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Maximum bet per spin or per round while a bonus is active is ৳500, unless the specific promotion sets a different limit. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issuance unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses are forfeited after the validity window.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in all associated bonuses and accounts being voided.
• j8999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by a mid-offer change.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• j8999 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, using automated betting strategies, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By accessing and using the j8999 platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to comply with all applicable laws and these terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8999 platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fabricating identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or poker-style formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting j8999 support to resolve the issue. Chargebacks are treated as suspected fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the j8999 platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities. j8999 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, miscalculated odds, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to accumulate winnings that would not have been possible under correct platform operation. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are not payable and will be voided.
• Abusive communication: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward j8999 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the j8999 platform by any person under the age of 18.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these terms and entitles j8999 to take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

j8999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the player's own request — either as a cooling-off measure or as a permanent self-exclusion. Players wishing to self-exclude should contact support via live chat.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (see Inactive Account Policy below).

Inactive Account Policy: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. j8999 will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee or balance adjustment. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by completing a standard login and KYC re-confirmation if required.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request to close your j8999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

j8999-Initiated Closure: Where an account is closed by j8999 due to a breach of these terms, any account balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach. j8999 will communicate the reason for closure to the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe, except where doing so would compromise an active fraud investigation.

8 Limitation of Liability

The j8999 platform and all games, betting markets, and services provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j8999 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors or defects in games or software, or the fitness of the platform for any specific purpose beyond lawful personal entertainment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j8999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their j8999 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j8999 is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, or mobile network operators.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Losses attributable to a player's own decision-making during gambling activity.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if j8999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank partner.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through j8999's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. j8999's internal dispute resolution process requires players to submit a written complaint to [email protected], following which j8999 will respond with a resolution within 10 business days (BST).

Amendments: j8999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
